Fees, terms and conditions

The delegate fee per person is Rs. 20,000 (rupees twenty thousand only) plus the applicable GST @18% (if levied). The fee entitles the delegate to all sessions, session handouts, refreshments, and lunches on both days, a certificate of participation, and a copy of the group photograph.

The delegate may cancel his/her registration at least 10 days ahead of the workshop. The fees shall be refunded after deducting Rs 2000 (10% of the fees) plus GST, if applied. No refunds shall be made thereafter.

A CFE attending the workshop will be entitled to 12 CPE credits provided CFE membership number is indicated in the registration form.

The registration is on ‘first come first served’ basis. We encourage participation from many institutions to allow for better group dynamics and therefore do not provide discounts for registration of more delegates from the same institution. Full payment is mandatory before confirmation of registration.

If the event is cancelled /postponed by the organizers, the fees shall be refunded or adjusted in future workshops without any liability as to delegates having incurred expenses on airfares, hotel bookings and incidental travel costs.
